Quick turnaround Digital Printing

We understand our customers' needs and in a fast-paced world quick turn-around is essential.

We can print on a variety of substrates, from NCR to 350gm business card board using the latest in digital print technology to achieve superior results.

Depending on studio and printroom workloads, customers can usually expect their job to be ready within two to three days from receipt of artwork or approval to proceed.

If you require your job sooner than our standard turn-around, we can fast-track it through the system for an additional cost.

Conventional Litho Printing

Conventional Litho presses handle the higher volume jobs such as invoice books, letterheads, mailers, report covers and envelope overprinting. Our presses can run up to 450gsm or 500 micron thick board.

On request we can print Pantone spot colours on our litho presses.

We have our own Heidelberg computer-to-plate system for making the best quality litho plates.

Finishing

Our Finishing Department comprises a 10 station collator with in-line booklet-maker, creasing and folding equipment as well as a round-cornering machine for giving business cards, invitations and booklets that extra finish.

We have the latest Polar programmatic guillotine for precision cutting. To enhance the booklets we recently purchased a square-back spine-maker which flattens the book spines, reducing bowing and curl.

We also have a traditional Heidelberg platen for die cutting, perforating and long run numbering.

Mailing & Personalisation

Targeting your audience with good-looking mail has its benefits and can yield high returns both in customer loyalty and new business.

Creating personalised mail from your customer database we can create, print and enclose your marketing material ready for franking and distribution. Our envelope inserter has capacity for many of the popular mailing envelope formats from C5 to DL and C4. 

We are conscious of the environment and so we ensure that wherever possible, we source environmentally friendly supplies. All our paper is FSC accredited, meaning that it is sourced from sustainable sources. We in turn send 95% of our waste paper for recycling into new paper products. All of our waste shrink-wrap is recycled and most packaging material is re-used by us. We use aluminium plates for our litho printing presses and these are sent as scrap for recycling after use.

Available in 2, 3 and 4-part sets, supplied as loose sets, pads or books.

Carbonless forms supplied as loose sets are individually glued with either 2, 3 or 4-parts per set. Pads are glued at the top for ease of use and Books are designed with perforations to allow the last part of the set to be retained in the book. The top sheet of the set can also be printed on the back [typically your business terms and conditions] and each set can be sequentially numbered to help you to keep track of your forms.
